We leave our base taking a route that heads up
to the mountains. We will travel through
impressive gorges with amazing archeological
formations and cross shallow rivers to reach
our next destination. We will encounter some
incredible wildlife and visit traditional 11th to
12th Cretan villages that are not on the map.
We will make several stops on our route,
including a stop at a traditional kafeneion .
This is a trip you, your family and friends will
enjoy and remember for a long time.
Both safaris include free sandwiches, mineral water and transfers to and from your hotel. · There will also be plenty of photo opportunity along the way, so make sure to to bring your camera.
All our vehicles are thoroughly checked before departure.

The safari heads south, both on and off road, giving ample opportunity to enjoy the flora and fauna of rural Crete, remote villages and, of course, chance to enjoy the scenery with many photo opportunities.
We also stop for a leisurely lunch in a traditional village tavern
and there will be opportunity for a swim.
We vary the route of the safari in order to take
advantage of the changing scenery the wild
and traditional life of Southern Crete.

This excursion does not include drivers therefore the clients that wish to participate should be able to drive.
